Your key is active on the maximum number of computers specified by your license. On the old machine open Help → Manage License → Deactivate this computer; then activate on the new one. Lost access to the old machine? Email us with your key and we'll free the seat.
Write to license@cgiout.com from the email address you used at purchase and we'll re-send it.
The installer is currently unsigned, so SmartScreen shows a warning on first run. Click "More info" → "Run anyway". The download from your purchase email is served directly from our infrastructure.
Standard licenses allow up to 7 days offline from the last successful verification, never beyond Trial or subscription expiry. Use on one computer at a time is a license condition.
